Féile Ealaíne na Cásca 2020

Easter Art Exhibition 2020

I bhfianaise an Ráitis a d’eisigh an Rialtas tráthnóna Dé Máirt agus na treoracha atá ann maidir le imeachtaí poiblí a thionól – tá an cinneadh déanta ag Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne gan dul ar aghaidh leis an bhFéile Ealaíne i rith na Cásca. Tá dualgas ar an Oidhreacht aird a thabhairt ar na treoracha seo chun srian a chur le scaipeadh an Choróinvíris – agus dá réir cosaint a thabhairt do shláinte an phobail.

Déanfaidh Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne fiosrú ar dheiseanna eile chun an ealaín a chur ar taispeáint níos déanaí sa bhliain, nuair a bheidh an ráig curtha dínn againn agus an baol thart,

Beimid i dteagmháil le gach Ealaíontóir sna seachtainí romhainn chun socruithe a dhéanamh maidir lena saothar.

Gabhaimid buíochas le gach uile Ealaíontóir a chuir an dua air/uirthi féin píosaí a ullmhú, dóibh siúd a bhíonn bainteach leis an taispéantas a chrochadh agus gach duine eile, idir fhoireann agus phobal, a bhíonn in aon saghas slí chomh cabhrach le reáchtáil an taispéantais gach bliain.

Tabhair aire & Fan aige baile.

In response to the statement released by the Government Tuesday evening, in particular – to the guidelines in relation to public gatherings, Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne have made the difficult decision not to go ahead with the Art Exhibition this Easter. We are all required to do our utmost to contain the spread of the Corona Virus, and accordingly in the interest of public health.

Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne will explore other opportunities later in the year to hold the Exhibition, once the threat of the Corona Virus has passed.

We will be in touch with all of the Artists in the coming weeks, to make alternative arrangements.

We would like to sincerely thank all of the Artists who took the time to have work ready for this year’s Exhibition, the people who organise the hanging of the exhibition and all of the other members of staff and the public who help put the exhibition together each year.

Take care & Stay at home.
